The facts

  • Speak with our recommended Mortgage broker (YBR Mackay).
  • Free service to the customer
  • Speak with Pointglen, find and secure a suitable block of land
  • Sign the land Contract (See “Contract Information”)
  • Source and appoint a solicitor/conveyancer (see PG preferred conveyancers – Statewide, TBC, TBC).
  • Visit our Display Village and select your preferred builder
  • Sign the agreements with your builder and begin that process
  • Land settlement occurs
  • Submit plans to D&LC for approval
  • Building commences
  • Building completed
  • Once all landscaping, fencing and exterior works are completed, call Pointglen Developments and we will conduct the final inspection of your home
