Pointglen offer a range of vacant lots across the Mackay region for you to build a new home on. We also invest in commercial development projects as well.

Yes we do. Talk to our sales team to find out what is available or will be coming up. 

A house and land package is a home design put together by a builder suitable for a specific lot. In most cases they are priced as a turn-key, move-in ready option with basic landscaping included.

We are masterplanning several residential developments and currently have two active estates. One is at Richmond Hills, while the other is at Shoal Point.

Richmond Hills Estate is on Dawson Boulevard, Richmond which lies approximately 650m along the Mackay-Habana Road, just west of the Mackay-Bucasia Road roundabout near the golf course.


Shoal Point Waters Estate is located at Beachway Boulevard, Shoal Point.

Each estate has varying lot sizes ranging from 600m² up to over 1000m².

In most cases we have land available across both estates. If you are looking for something particular, register your interest with our Sales Manager.

Many good builders construct homes in our estates. We highly recommend our Display Builders, who we choose to work with because of their outstanding professionalism and quality.

Drive around different estates and determine where would you and your family love to live. Determine what you can afford by talking to your bank or mortgage broker. Contact our sales team who will help with lot selection, prices and budget. Yes, we have a display village located along Beachway Boulevard, Shoal Point Waters estate. The display homes are open from 10am to 4pm everyday.
